- For my own teams I’ve reviewed hundreds of resumes, and conducted dozens of phone screens and on-site interviews.
- I’ve gone through the hiring process at companies of all sizes; Fortune 5 to a 20 person startup.
I’m not a recruiter; recruiters work for the hiring company (that’s who pays them). I work for you, which means your success is my top priority. That’s why I have a very particular payment structure; you only pay me if you get an improved offer, my fee is 10% of the improvement in total first year compensation.
